Despite minor complaints about its mechanics, gameplay, and technical performance, the game has largely managed to keep Warhammer fans coming back to its single and multiplayer modes on account of its excellent implementation of Games Workshop’s established lore while Saber has managed to add creative flourishes that have clicked with its audience.

However, Space Marine 2’s PvP mode seems like it could use a few additions considering that it currently only allows for 6v6 battles that pit Loyalist Marines against Chaos Heretics whose loadouts are limited to their classes in a move that Saber has since defended owing to criticisms from a few fans.
