The First Descendant Mechanic Is Causing Players to Abandon the Game, and Nexon Will Need to Fix It ASAP
Nexon should bring a quick fix to a major The First Descendant issue.
After going through a long development process, The First Descendant has finally encountered a successful one-month journey after its official release on July 2, 2024. Though the game has multiple issues that need to be fixed, players still love this third-person shooter game. However, some issues are now becoming alarming for players and need the attention of Nexon to maintain the player base.
Bugs and glitches are common problems that appear in every game, especially the newly released ones. Of course, The First Descendant is not free from these troubles, but Nexon has always responded quickly to them. However, there’s still something left that makes players frustrated.
Nexon Needs to Quickly Fix One of the Most Annoying Issues of The First Descendant
Getting a game without any errors or bugs is almost impossible. Some games have more of these issues than others, and that’s the difference. While the beginning of The First Descendant was nice, the journey has eventually gotten surrounded by clouds of complaints. Nexon, though, responds quickly to these problems, but something still needs attention.
Recently, on The First Descendant subreddit, a player highlighted an issue where he mentioned that he quit the game for a few “stupid” things, and losing ammo while traveling is one of the main among them. He mentioned that after he traveled from one place to another, he found all his ammo was gone.
That’s indeed troublesome, and after this post came, it became apparent that lots of other players encountered the same issue. Multiple players agree with him in the reply section, mentioning they also face the same issue.
Aside from that, players are also demanding another thing to strengthen the most vital tank character of the game.
The First Descendant Players Want Ajax to Get One Feature as Soon as Possible
The First Descendant has different types of characters available in the game to make the team stronger to beat powerful bosses. Among them, of course, the tank characters are the most solid ones that don’t get killed easily.

While playing the game, players must have already understood that tank characters are the strongest, especially during tough battles, as they can take the most damage. Because tanks can endure massive damage, it is easier for other characters to heal and prepare the next strategies to fight in the meantime.
The First Descendant has Ajax as the strongest tank. Therefore, players want him to get the Taunt feature. Basically, the Taunt feature is something that enables tanks to attract enemies and provide other teammates with time to prepare for the next steps of action. However, Nexon hasn’t yet added it to the game, and players are eagerly waiting for this one feature.
The game has been live for only one month, and there are still a lot of things that will be added and removed in the future to balance the gameplay. Maybe someday Nexon will add Taunt as well, but currently, it hasn’t revealed anything regarding this feature.
Anyway, if you are addicted to the game or planning to dive into it, you need to know the best builds that will help you enjoy the game to the fullest.
