You earn this currency through daily login rewards or by spending time in the game; the login rewards could reward you with $200, and the latter doles out $20 at regular intervals.

Other ways to earn cash in Adopt Me! include completing tasks to grow your pets, trading pets (watch out for scams), or investing in things like a Money Tree, a Lemonade Stand, or an Ice Cream Truck. You are going to need a lot of in-game cash for the Neon Space Whale, as you will need to acquire four Space Whales to get it.

Don’t get too attached to your Space Whales, as you will need to trade them all for a single Neon Space Whale.
