How To Lower Eidos 7 Flood Waters in Stellar Blade
The Flood Waters in Stellar Blade can be irritating unless you know what you're doing.
Stellar Blade certainly knows how to tie its narrative threads back into its environment, with its opening explorable area Eidos 7 being a great example. Eve encounters the Flooded Commercial Sector quite early on in the level but finds she is unable to access it.
That’s because the commercial sector is flooded with water so toxic Eve wouldn’t last more than a few seconds in it. However, draining the flooded area can need you to go off the beaten path a little bit.
Unlocking the Drainage Codes for Eidos 7
It seems that Eve is not the only one who wants the flood waters drained. After completing all objectives in the Wasteland – Altess Levoire region, returning to Xion, and talking to Orcal, head to Xion’s entrance.
You should find a ledge nearby overlooking a makeshift shelter. Talk to the mysterious child to receive a request letter unlocking the side quest Oblivion, which tasks Eve with investigating the mysterious Warehouse 77 in the Flooded Commercial Sector after draining it.

You find that the request letter has the program you need to drain the place. If only there was a terminal you could use it from.
How to Lower the Flood Waters in Eidos 7
You can easily return to the Flooded Commercial Sector by tracking the Oblivion side quest and getting dropped off at Eidos 7 by your Tetrapod Ship. Eve ends up at Silent Street, with a payphone nearby.
Interact with the payphone and select the Plaza Entryway fast-travel point, to get as close to the commercial sector as possible.

From the Plaza Entryway, turn around to find a gate that you can open, leading to the Flooded Commercial Sector. Proceed across the bridge, following the path until you see yellow handholds that allow you to shimmy across the flooded street below to the other side.
The terminal to lower the flood waters is in this location. Interact with it to lower the flood waters in Eidos 7 and explore this area more thoroughly. There’s a lot to find here, including the Elixir Carrot and Cryo Original Cans, the Wasteland Adventurer Outfit and so much more.
You could also choose to follow your map marker to Warehouse 77, completing the Oblivion side quest which nets you a couple of Pulse Grenades, Shock Grenades, and Smart Mines.
You are prompted to return to Xion at this point but you could always return to this area to complete any missed objectives or grab collectibles. Furthermore, you might unlock new objectives in this area such as bounties, which may require you to return.
