Why Should Players Increase Magick in Hades 2?

Magick is a newly added feature in Hades 2, so even the veteran players find it something unique. Magick is used to unleash the Omega Moves in the game. Once you begin your Hades 2 journey, eventually, you will understand that Omega Moves are the most powerful abilities your character can launch to take down enemies. How to Increase Max Magick in Hades 2

Magick is specifically easy to boost in the game. If you compare it with health, it won’t work because health is one of the vital things to take care of throughout the entire journey. On the contrary, Magick can easily be ignored. So, currently, there are only two main ways to boost the Max Magick: one is to give it a permanent boost, and the other is to boost it during every run.

Increase Max Magick Permanently

If you are willing to give your Max Magick a permanent boost, all you need to do is use the Altar of Ashes and unlock different arcana cards to get different buffs. Among them is The Titan Arcana Card. If you use 7 Ashes to unlock the card and activate it, your character will get a permanent boost of 20 Max Magick, along with a 2x Grasp Gauge boost. 

Remember, the Titan Card is the seventh card to unlock. Therefore, players can’t randomly get it without proper grinding. Start unlocking them in the proper sequence to reach the seventh card. There’s no alternative to this process. 

Increase Max Health Through Arcana Card

If you want to increase Max Magick, there’s another Arcana Card to unlock, named The Centaur Card. It’s just like the Titan Card; this one is also unlocked using the Altar of Ashes. It requires 25 Ashes and 1 Cinder to be unlocked, and when activated, it provides players with a buff of 3 Max Magick for every 5 rooms that they pass.

This Arcana card comes much later in the card deck. It is the thirteenth card to unlock. So, players can easily guess that unlocking this card is not going to be an early job.

Increase Max Magick With Soul Tonics

When it comes to increasing Max Magick, there’s nothing better than Soul Tonics. These items are found in the round flasks with a blue star in the middle. These can either be acquired through exploration or purchased from Charon by spending 100 Golden Crowns.

Once you have Soul Tonic, the player’s Max Magick will get a boost of 30. However, the best part is that if you get two Soul Tonics, your Max Magick will get a boost of 60. However, these boosts will be gone if you lose a battle.
