New Schematics in MW3 Zombies Season 3

Schematics are valuable and resourceful times that can be obtained in MW3 Zombies Season 3. Players will need to enter the latest Dark Aether rift to complete objectives. The Dark Aether rift can be reopened several times by collecting specific relics. Enter the rift to face the toughest challenges and unlock the powerful new schematics available in Season 3.

The three schematics available in Season 3 are:

• Dead Wire Detonators: This schematic will allow you to add the Dead Wire Ammo Mod effect to your explosive weapons, including lethal and launchers, to deal significant damage to the new Disciple variant.
• Golden Mask Filter: This mask filter allows your gas mask to self-regenerate. This schematic will come in handy when you fully use up your gas mask’s charge in one go. Once you equip yourself with another mask the golden filter will be reapplied.
• Sergeant’s Beret: This schematic upgrades your costume by allowing you to disguise as a mercenary, and bypass initial waves of enemies. The headwear gives you the ability to summon a loyal Merc bodyguard to assist you during fights.

How to Get Golden Mask Filter Schematic in MW3 Zombies

Players will be able to obtain the Golden Mask Filter Schematic can be obtained as a possible reward by completing contracts inside the third Elder Dark Aether. This Aether can be accessed by placing an Elder Sigil in the Dark Aether Rift which can be found in Tile E4 of Urzikstan.

To earn rewards players will have to complete contracts. Once a contract is successfully completed you will get a chance to get an item from the reward rift called Golden Mask Filter Plans. These plans are the schematic itself. These plans will have to be successfully exfilled to unlock it as a craftable item.

Earning the Golden Mask Filter is a step-by-step process that players will have to complete successfully. In Season the Golden Mask Filter item can be obtained from Contract Reward Rifts in the 3rd Dark Aether which can be accessed in tile E4 in Urzikstan. In the latest season of MW3 Zombies, you can take part in 3 Contracts in the Dark Aether which has to be completed within the Dark Aether time limit.

Firstly, players will have to enter the third Dark Aether rift to get the Golden Mask Filter. There are three missions available inside this rift and only by completing all of them you will be able to earn the schematic. The new rift is located in the middle of the red Tier 3 zone. This location was introduced in the Season 3: Reloaded update and follows the same rules as the previous rifts in MW3 Zombies.

To open the rift you will need to collect and upgrade four distinct relics that must be offered at the appropriate altars present in the swirling tornado. This tornado can be easily recognized and this is where the Dark Aether Rift should be. The relics that need to be collected are Giraffe Toy, Imaginary Friend Drawing, Laptop With Stickers, and Science Journal.

Once you are done with collecting the relics, place them on specific altars, and the rift will appear. You will be facing an elite Disciple once the rift opens. This Disciple must be defeated for the rift to be permanently unlocked. After the defeat of the Disciple, you will be rewarded with a Sigil item, which must be placed at the base of the Dark Aether Rift to enter. If you plan to enter the rift again later then additional Sigils will be required. These Sigils can be earned by completing Tier 3 contracts.

Remember that your main aim is to get inside the Dark Aether Zone and complete three contracts within the limited amount of time provided to you. Once the contracts are completed proceed towards exfilling your rewards. The locations of the contracts are given in the map below. Follow the map to find the locations and also remember to follow the long glowing beam of light coming from each contract altar in the game. To spot the glowing light climb on a rooftop.

The northern contract is Eliminate the Bounty, the eastern contract is an Outlast mission, and the southern contract is the Escort mission. The successful completion of these contracts will spawn a Reward Rift with a chance to get the Golden Mask Filter as a one-time-use item. Make sure to be at your absolute best since you will have only 15 minutes to complete the contracts and then exfil.
