The first Sacred Tear can be found in the starting region of the game- Limgrave. The Third Church of Marika is located in Limgrave towards the southeast side of Agheel Lake North Site of Grace. The church is almost impossible to miss and to enter it players need to deal with some regular enemies. Once you are inside the church, locate a giant statue and the Sacred Tear will be in front of it.

Church of Pilgrimage Memory Stone Location

The next Sacred Tear location is the Church of Pilgrimage. This location can be found after players have reached Weeping Peninsula. From there, make your way to the northernmost point of the region to locate the Minor Erdtree. Once you are here, start traveling towards the north and you will locate the Church of Pilgrimage. Be aware of the enemies. Otheriwsie the Sacred Tear is easy to grab. 

Fourth Church of Marika Memory Stone Location

Another location in Weeping Peninsula to have a Sacred Tear. Finding the Fourth Church of Marika is easy. It is located at the Southwest of the Church of Pilgrimage. However, accessing the Church is a bit tricky as players need to cross a field where a giant Mausoleum roams. Better you sneak past from the side of the church to avoid unnecessary fights. The Sacred Tear will be found inside it. 

Callu Baptismal Church Memory Stone Location

This is another Church located in the Weeping Peninsula, and the nearest Site of Grace is the South of the Lookout Tower Site of Grace. To be more precise, climb the Castle Morne Rampart, and start moving south to locate the church. The Sacred Tear is inside it.

Church of Irith Memory Stone Location

This a church located near the Stromveil Castle. To access the church, players first need to defeat Godrick and unlock the Lake-Facing Cliffs Site of Grace. From there, the church will be found on the southwest side. It has no roof. Similar to others, the Sacred Tear will be found inside the church.

Bellum Church Memory Stone Location

Once you have unlocked your way to the Raya Lucaria Academy, the Bellum Church won’t be something challenging to locate. From the academy, make your way to the north side and eventually, you will reach the Church. The Sacred Tear is located inside the church. 

Church of Inhibition Memory Stone Location

Once you are done with the Church of Bellum, start traveling towards the east side of the church. Up on a cliff, you will find the Church of Inhibition. This church is indeed a bit challenging to access, and need to have a great Torrent riding skill as you need to pass the Frenzy-Flaming Tower and the Frenzy Flame Village to get there. The Sacred Tear is inside the church.

Second Church of Marika Memory Stone Location

This church is located in the Altus Plateau. So, players need to grab the two parts of the Dectus Medallion and activate the Grand Lift. From the Grand Lift follow the big road to reach the Altus Highway Junction Site of Grace. Progress towards the north side and you will locate the second Church of Marika.

Stormcaller Church Memory Stone Location

Altus Plateau has another church to get a Sacred Tear. To access this church, first, make your way to the north side of Altus Plateau, and from there start traveling towards the south side. The church is located up on a hill. The Sacred Tear will be found inside the church.

Church of the Plague Memory Stone Location

This church is located in Caelid and is specifically tricky to be accessed. Well, that’s because this church is located in the City of Sorcery. However, the tower doors won’t be opened unless you have lit up the fire in the nearby tower. Once you lit up the fire, the region will be unlocked and you can access the church to get the Sacred Tear. 

Church of Repose Memory Stone Location

This is the final Sacred Tear location in the game because the church is located outside the Fire Giant boss arena. So, until the end part of the game, you can’t reach this location. Make your way to the southeast section of the region, and you will eventually find the Church. Players may find an Invader there. Therefore, be careful while approaching it. 

First Church of Marika Memory Stone Location

Another late-game church to be accessed after players unlock Mountaintops of the Giants. First, make your way to the northeast side of the region to spot the frozen lake. Follow the lake to reach the southern end of it where the church is located. Like always, the Sacred Tear will be found inside.
