Finding Physick Crystal Tears are challenging, but at the same time, they are essential. Players can’t avoid finding them, but if they are unaware of the location, there’s a huge chance that they will miss them completely. Below we will try to help you find some of the best Crystal Tears in the game:

Crimson Crystal Tear

Players will get two Crystal Tears in the game. The first will be found earlier in the game in East Limgrave, at the Third Church of Marika. The second one will be found later in the game after players reach Lyendell, Royal Capital. Go to the Minor Erdtree east of the Outer Wall Battleground Site of Grace and you will find the Crystal Tear on the altar.

Cerulean Crystal Tear

Another Crystal Tear type which player can find more than one in the game. The first will be found in Liurnia of the Lakes. Progress to the west side of the location to reach Revenger’s Shack Site of Grace. Near it, players will find a Minor Erdtree. An Erdtree Avatar will give players the Crystal Tear.

The next one will be found in Mountaintops of the Giants. Make your way to the Ancient Snow Valley Ruins Site of Grace and an Erdtree Avatar will give players the Crystal Tear.

Greenspill Crystal Tear

This Crystal Tear will be found in the Mistwood. Go to the Minor Erdtree of the location and the Crystal Tear will be found at an altar next to it.

Spiked Cracked Tear

This is another Crystal Tear to be found in the Mistwood. Again players need to make their way to the Minor Erdtree there and on an Altar next to the Erdtree, players will find the Spiked Cracked Tear.

Thorny Cracked Tear

This one is located after players complete a substantial part of the story and reach the Consecrated Snowfield region. Make your way to the Minor Erdtree near Ordina, Liturgical Town, and a Putrid Avatar will drop the Crystal Tear.

Strength-Knot Crystal Tear

To find this Crystal Tear, players need to reach Stormhill and make their way to the northeast side of the Stormhill Shack Site of Grace. The Crystal Tear will be found at the edge of the cliff.

Dexterity-Knot Crystal Tear

To find this one, players need to make their way to Liurnia of the Lakes and progress toward the Academy Gate Town Site of Grace. Next, progress towards the southwest side, and the Crystal Tear will be found at the top of the island.

Faith-Knot Crystal Tear

This Crystal Tear will be found at the Church of Pilgrimage’s east side, inside the Demi-Human Forest Ruins. Down the cliff, players will find a bowl surrounded by poisonous flowers. The Crystal Tear will be found inside it.

Crimsonspill Crystal Tear

Once you have reached the Altus Plateau, make your way to the Minor Erdtree and kill the Wormface. It is a large enemy to take down and upon defeat, this enemy drops the Crystal Tear.

Flame-Shrouding Cracked Tear

Go to the east side of Limgrave and look for the Smouldering Church Site of Grace. Once you find the Site of Grace, again start moving towards the east side to find the Minor Erdtree guarded by an Erdtree Avatar. The Crystal Tear will be dropped by it.
