How to Find All Golden Seeds in Elden Ring

The open world of Elden Ring has uncountable items to find and use throughout the journey. Being built on the legacy of the Dark Soul series, this game has taken the theme a bit higher to make the exploration the key to progress and the deadly bosses pose more threat than ever. From the very beginning, there’s no option other than fighting these enemies to make their way forward, but in this process replenishing health is necessary. Here comes the Golden Seeds.

Don’t get confused as Golden Seeds don’t actually give your HP and FP a boost. Instead, they increase the number of flasks you own. Initially, players get two flasks, but as they progress and face challenging bosses, naturally they want to have as many flasks as possible. That’s impossible without Golden Seeds.

So, it is natural that players will try to find Golden Seeds as they progress. If you are trying to locate the Golden Seeds in Elden Ring, we will try to give you all the locations.

Elden Ring- How to Find All Golden Seeds?

Elden Ring is a massive game that consumes more than 100 hours to complete. In this long journey, players will explore tons of locations and around 30 Golden Seeds scattered in these regions. To make the search process easier, we will discuss the locations regionwise.

Limgrave Golden Seed Location

The starting location of the game will give players the highest number of Golden Seeds. As you progress you will get six Golden Seeds in Limgrave.

The first one will be found in the Fringefolk Hero’s Grave after players defeat Ulcerated Tree Spirit.
The next one will be found in the Stormhill Shack. Skip the Stormveil Castle and go to the point where you had encountered Roderika. After she heads to the Roundtable Hold as a merchant you will find the seed.
The third one is located in the Stormhill road. Make your way to the south of Stormhill Shack and you will find the Golden Seed on the path.
The fourth Golden Seed is located in Fort Faroth, located in Mistwood. Go to the southern entrance of the fort to get the Golden Seed
Killing Kenneth Haight at the northeast section of Limgrave will reward players with the fifth Golden Seeds.
Go to the Weeping Peninsula and start moving on the road which starts from Castle Morne to the northwest of the poison swamp. The Golden Seed will be found on the way.

Liurnia of the Lakes

Liurnia of the Lakes comes second in the list as players can find five Golden Seeds in this region.

Make your way to the Academy Gate Town and the Golden Seed will be found next to the Erdtree sapling located close to the ruined road that leads up from the southeast.
The second Golden Seed will be found on a broken bridge located at the northeast of the Raya Lucaria Academy.
The third one will be found in the Raya Lucaria Academy courtyard. Locate the erdtree sapling on the northwest of the Schoolhouse Classroom Site of Grace and the seed will be under it.
Next, make your way to the Caria Manor to find the fourth seed. Use the elevator to reach the Manor Upper Level. Beat the wolf roaming around the area and get the Golden Seed.
The fifth and final one will be found in Liurnia Northern Ravine. Make your way to the location and travel through the water to reach the Erdtree Sapling.

Stormveil Castle

Stormveil Castle has only two Golden Seeds to offer. Additionally, they are easy to locate:

The first one will be found in the underground area after players take down the Ulcerated Tree Spirit.
The next one will be found in the courtyard before players enter the fight arena of Godrick the Grafted. Locate the Erdtree sapling and under it, the Golden Seed will be found.

Underground Regions

This section will contain all the Golden Seed locations in the Siofra River, Nokstella, Mohgwyn Palace, and Lake of Rot areas. In total this section will have five Golden Seeds to find-

The first Golden Seed will be found in the Sifora River. Go to the Well Site of Grace and make your way toward the southwest side to locate the cliff that has the Golden Seed.
Next make your way to the Nokstella, Eternal City, and travel to the Moon of Nokstella temple. The Golden Seed will be found at the ground level.
Next in the Mohgwyn Palace, the Golden Seed will be found on the Lake of Rot, on a rock in the middle of the lake.
In Lake of Rot, another Golden Seed will be found in the southern side after players defeat the Ulcerated Tree Spirit.
The final one needs players to go to the Dynasty Mausoleum Midpoint Site of Grace. There will be a body holding the Golden Seed. However, it can be accessed after players reload the area after collecting the Mohgwyn Golden Seed.

Caelid

Caelid has four Golden Seeds to track and below we have listed all their locations:

The first one will be found on the road to access the Redmane Castle.
To find the second Golden Seed, make your way to the Sellia Town of Sorcery.
For the third seed, make your way to the War-Dead Catacombs and defeat the Putrid Tree Spirit boss.
The fourth and final one will be found in the southeast section of the Bestial Sanctum.

Leyndell, Royal Capital

Another region with five Golden Seeds to find. However, a few locations here contain two Golden Seeds so the count will be seven.

Find the Erdtree Sapling near the Outer Wall Phantom Tree Site of Grace. The location will have two Golden Seeds.
Move south from the Site of Grace and you will have another Golden Seed by fighting the Ulcerated Tree Spirit.
Two more Golden Seeds will be found near the Center of the Leyndell Outskirts.
For another Golden Seed, make your way to the Avenue Balcony Site of Grace. From there travel toward the south to defeat the Ulcerated Tree Spirit.
The last one will be found in the West Capital Rampart Site of Grace. This one will be found after beating a Gargoyle.

Mountaintops of the Giants

This is another location with several Golden Seeds to find. Exploring Mountaintops of the Giants will give players six Golden Seeds.

The first one to be found near the area where players will fight the Black Blade Kindred boss.
For another make your way to the Consecrated Snowfield Site of Grace. Start progressing towards the northeast section of the area and eventually, players will locate a pillar. The Golden Seed will be behind it.
Next, make your way to the Ordina Liturgical Town Site of Grace. Proceed towards the west side and down a cliff, you will locate the Golden Seed.
For the fourth one, make your way to the Foot of the Forge Site of Grace. Travel towards the northeast side to find the Golden Seed.
The fifth Golden Seed will be located in the frozen lake, the south side of the Freezing Lake Site of Grace.
The final one can be obtained after players defeat the Ulcerated Tree Spirit in the Giant’s Mountaintop Catacombs.

Mt. Gelmir

Mt.Gelmir is an optional location that players can skip if they want. However, visiting it will reward them with two Golden Seeds.

The first one can be found at the southern entrance to Mt. Gelmir.
The second one will be found at the farthest section of the northwest part of the region, near the Road of Iniquity Site of Grace.

Crumbling Farum Azula

The final region of the game, Crumbling Farum Azula, has two more Golden Seeds to find.

Make your to the Dragon Temple and use the elevator. This will unlock the south section of Fountain Plaza. The Golden Seed will be found under the pillars there.
Now, make your way to the north-east side of Crumbling Farum Azula and this Golden Seed again will be found next to some pillars, after you cross the bridge.

These are the Golden Seeds that players can have in Elden Ring. Apart from that, Altus Plateau, another optional region of the game has a few Golden Seeds to be discovered near the Erdtree-Gazing Hill Site of Grace, Altus Highway Junction Site of Grace, and the southwest side of the Highway Lookout Tower.
