Modern Warfare 3 Zombies has presented players with some of the most innovative missions of this season. Since the Zombies mode was launched, it has created a separate fan following for its unique missions and storyline. If you are grinding through the game and trying to explore the entire storyline, you have to progress act-wise. There’s no option to skip acts and jump to the next. Therefore, if you get stuck while trying to complete the Same Day Delivery mission in Act 2 Tier 1, you must complete it, in order to progress through the act.

If you have been playing MW3 Zombies, one thing you must be careful of is that this season the Zombies missions can’t be completed without a proper strategy. Though in most cases the objectives are straightforward, still they require lots of planning to be accomplished. The Same Day Delivery mission is the same.

Complete a Cargo Delivery Contract.
Destroy the enemy helicopter chasing the Cargo Delivery Vehicle.
Destroy the Cargo Delivery vehicle after contract completion.

The objectives of this mission look fairly simple, but can’t be completed randomly if you don’t know exactly how to complete it. So, we will give a detailed guide on how to complete this mission.

MW3 Zombies Same Day Delivery Mission Completing Process- How to Complete?

If you notice the objectives of the mission, you will easily understand that this mission is centered around a Cargo Delivery contract. These are the simplest contracts to complete in the game and can be found randomly anywhere on the map. In these missions, players need to drive a cargo truck to its destination safely. However, the Same Day Delivery mission gives a little twist to the objective.

Before you jump into the mission, you should know a few things. First, Pack-A-Punch your weapon that you will use in this mission. It can be an Assault Rifle or an LMG. These two are best, but you can choose any weapon you prefer, except for shotguns. Next, this mission requires a Rocket Launcher. Well, it’s not mandatory, but having it will give you extra advantages. Finally, this mission can be done alone, but better if you have at least one teammate. We always say that in MW3 Zombies no mission is impossible in solo mode, but having a squad is always beneficial.

Once you are prepared, let’s jump into the objectives. The first objective is the easiest one. As soon as you land, open the tac-map and try locating a Cargo Delivery contract. Better if you locate one in the low-threat zone.

As you locate one, travel to the location and accept the contract. Immediately, you will see the location of the vehicle marked on the map. Go to the location, pick that vehicle up, and then begin the tricky part of the mission. If you have noticed, the second objective of the mission requires you to destroy the helicopter that shoots the cargo.

If you have a partner in this mission, this is easy to complete. While one of you drives, the other one will shower bullets at the helicopter and destroy it. But, if you are a solo player, you must use a different strategy considering that the helicopter’s target is always the cargo truck and not you. Now, you may consider reaching the destination and then shooting the helicopter down. That’s impossible because the helicopter will disappear once you reach close to the destination. So, the task must be completed midway.

What you can do as a solo player is to choose a building where you can park the cargo. We recommend going to the marked location on the above map. You will find a bazaar in the middle of these two buildings. Park the cargo truck inside the roof and the helicopter will start firing on the roof. That’s your chance to come out of the vehicle and start firing at it. You can use a rocket launcher, but an AR or LMG will also serve your purpose. Alternatively, you can park your vehicle at any Gas Station. Precisely, you need to bring it to a location where the truck will get a solid roof.

Once the helicopter is taken down, go to the destination of the Cargo Truck, and then throw a few Semtex on it to destroy the vehicle. You can use your rocket launcher or fire on it until it is entirely destroyed to complete the final objective of the mission. Throughout the mission make sure you are not exceeding the time given to complete the cargo delivery contract. If the time ends, the contract will be canceled and you have to start a new one.

Rewards for Completing the Act 2 Tier 1 Same Day Delivery Mission

If you have been grinding MW3 Zombies for a long time, you must be aware of Refined Aetherium Crystal. This item takes the gameplay a step further as players can Pack-A-Punch their weapons without any Essence. These items instantly Pack-A-Punch weapons. Unfortunately, these are the rarest items to get and can only be found as rewards.

Coming to XP, these are well-known reward that will help players level up their operator to a higher rank. 3000 XP can give your character rank a significant boost, unlocking high-tier equipment and perks.
