If you have been playing the MW3 Zombies, you must have already realized that understanding the mission objectives is the key to completing them faster. Once you understand what to do and how to do that, things instantly get easier. So, before going forward check out the below objectives and get accustomed to your tasks:

  • Pack-A-Punch a weapon to level 2.
  • Kill 75 Zombies with a level 2 Pack-a-Punch weapon
  • Kill a special zombie with a level 2 Pack-A-Punch weapon

These objectives may look similar to you if you have completed the Act 1mission Firepower. There you have to complete almost the same objectives with a level 1 Pack-A-Punch weapon. Though the objectives are kind of similar, this mission has added a new objective to make the mission a lot more challenging.

Strategy to Complete the More Firepower Mission in MW3 Zombies

The Firepower mission is divided into three stages. The first one you have completed in Act 1, in Act 2, you are doing More Firepower and Act 3 will present you the final version of this mission Most Firepower. Let’s not get into those, and return to the Act 2 mission where you have to Pack-A-Punch your weapon to level 2. This step requires lots of grinding.

You can choose any weapon of your choice to complete this mission. But you must go through a long process to complete the first objective. As the game feature says, you can’t randomly skip Pack-A-Puch levels, so you can’t directly go to level 2. Instead, you must go through a level 1 Pack-A-Punch first and then get a level 2 Pack-A-Punch for that weapon. Now, if you have already been grinding for a long time, you are probably well aware that Pack-A-Punch is not a free feature. You must spend hefty of Essence to Pack-A-Punch your weapons.

Before you start the mission, the most important thing you need to do is to grind for Essence. Level 1 Pack-A-Punch requires you to spend 5000 Essence and level 2 needs 10000 Essence. So the most important part is to gather money. The first thing you can do is to clear Aether Nests and Infested Strongholds. These locations have lots of chests containing lots of Essence. Additionally, try to complete every contract you find in the low-threat zone, including the Escort Contract, HVTs, and others. Each HVT contracts offer you around 2000 Essence. So, complete a few of them to get enough Essence to complete your first objective.

Now that you have enough Essence, accept the contract and find a Pack-A-Punch Machine in the low-threat zone. Remember, the low-threat zone machines will Pack-A-Punch to level 1, medium zone machines will upgrade it to level 2, and high-threat zone machines will give it a further boost, and Pack-A-Punch your weapon to level 3. So, to complete your first objective, you must go to a medium threat zone Pack-A-Punch machine. But we have already mentioned, that you can’t skip level 1. Therefore, progress according to the Pack-A-Punch levels.

Once you have Pack-A-Punch your weapon to level 2, the next thing you need to do is to complete the remaining two objectives. Now, you can complete them in any order. Special Zombies can be found during some specific contracts, like Escort contracts, but here we will suggest you to get back to the low-threat zone and find an Aether Nest or Infested Stronghold. These locations spawn tons of Zombies and a Special Zombie.

This will help you complete both of your objectives. Generally, low-threat zones have Mimic. Kill it with your level 2 Pack-A-Punch weapon to complete the third objective. But you can encounter Special Zombies in any way you prefer. You can try it in the Orange zone as well. Anyway, a single location can’t probably gives you 75 zombie kills. So, once you have the other two objectives done, mark an exfil point to complete the second objective.

As soon as you call for the helicopter, waves of zombies will spawn and start attacking you. Kill them using the level 2 Pack-A-Punch weapon to reach the given number, and then if possible board the chopper to leave the session. Once all three missions are done, you will receive the reward.

Rewards for Completing More Firepower Mission in MW3 Zombies

MW3 Zombies Calling Card

Mission rewards are the most exciting part of any mission and Activision understands it the best. So, none of the CoD quests come without any reward. So, this feature is the same for MW3 Zombies, where players will get a range of rewards for completing quests. Therefore, if you are curious about the More Firepower mission, check the following items:

  • Survivors Calling Card
  • 2000 XP.

Calling Cards are one of the best cosmetic items to show off in a COD game. These items don’t have any battle advantage, but they show off the skill of the player who owns it. On the other hand, XP is one of the best rewards if you want to level up faster. Though MW3 Zombies has multiple ways to earn XP, nothing gives you as much XP as the missions do.

That’s all you need to know about completing the More Firepower mission in Modern Warfare 3 Zombies. If you are a solo player trying to complete this mission, go for it. This mission doesn’t need you to bring a squad.
