How to Complete Chaperone Act 1, Tier 5 Mission in MW3 Zombies

Call of Duty missions are always exciting to complete. These missions don’t really want you to do tough jobs, but the tasks are innovative and interesting. If you have dived into Modern Warfare 3 Zombies, you must have realized that the Urzikstan map has knitted different elements together in a way that it has become the primary topic of discussion among the COD players. Though this mode has introduced multiple new things in the game, the quest part is the same. To be precise, the missions are key to progress through the story and understanding the connection of the events. So, naturally, if you are trying to complete the Act 1 missions and looking for a guide to know how to complete the Chaperone mission, we will provide you with a detailed walkthrough.

After the final mission of Act 1 Extraction, Chaperone is probably the most exciting one to complete. But before, going forward with the process of doing it, let’s check the objectives of the Chaperone mission.

What are the Objectives of the Chaperone Mission in MW3 Zombies?

If you are trying to progress and start the Act 2 missions in Modern Warfare 3 Zombies, you must complete all the Act 1 missions. Though these missions are not tough to complete, they are confusing, if you don’t find the exact way to progress. So, before diving into the Chaperone, check the following objectives:

Complete an Escort Contract
Kill 75 Zombies, during a single Escort Contract
Maintain ACV’s health above 50%
Exfil with the Quick Revive Recipe.

These are the four tasks that you need to complete to finish this mission. These are not hard, but that’s only when you know the way to complete them.

Best Way to Complete MW3 Zombies Chaperone Mission

The mission objectives quite clearly reveal the tasks to do. So, to begin with the first objective, open your tac-map and try locating the Escort Contract. If you are not sure where to look for it, we suggest go to the left side of the map and look into the Seaport area. A blue mobile phone icon marks the contract. For further reference, check the image above.

Once you locate it, mark the area and travel to the location. The location is the home to the undead creatures, so, it will be hard to navigate there without fighting them. Anyway, find the phone to accept the contract. Once you accept it, the ACV will be dropped somewhere close to your location. The drop location is random though. Anyways, you will find the marker directing you to the ACV.

As soon as the ACV drops, zombies will start spawning from everywhere. Hit the red button on the back side of ACV to start it and your contract begins. You may get on the ACV and start shooting the zombies from there, or you can let the ACV run automatically and focus on eliminating the zombies. Note that, the ACV will move forward once you activate it, but you must stay close to it in order to move it. If you are playing with friends, one of you must stay close to the ACV; otherwise, it won’t move.

Once the ACV reaches its destination, you will see it is consuming power from a purple orb. This process takes some time and during this time, you must kill zombies to protect the ACV’s health. If you remember, the objective says, ACV’s health must be higher than 50%. Even 50% is not okay. But this task will be tough. Once the ACV stops, zombies will start attacking you and the vehicle from all directions. Therefore, this is the time to get your required kills and protect the vehicle. Stay close to the ACV during the entire mission to protect it from the enemies.

Before we progress to the last objective, let me remind you that, the kills that you get during the contract will be counted towards the mission. No matter how many zombies, you have killed before or after the contract, won’t give you any achievement. So, ensure, you get 75 kills before the contract ends.

Once the contract ends, now you will probably confused about where to get the Self-Revive recipe. Don’t worry, as soon as the Escort Contract is over, a reward rift will spawn giving you multiple rewards, including the Self-Revive recipe. Up to this point, the mission was tough. The next part is the usual one that you need to do after every mission. Exfil with the recipe.

For that, locate the closest exfil point. It is better if you find one in the low-threat zone. Travel to the exfil point, and again kill the waves of zombies that spawn in the exfil point. Board the chopper and leave the session. Make sure you don’t die in this process.

Rewards for Completing Chaperone Mission in MW3 Zombies

Modern Warfare 3 Zombies missions come with exciting rewards. Whenever you complete a mission, you must get rewards, though sometimes the items are not satisfactory. So, if you are wondering about the rewards that you can get from the Chaperone mission, check out the following:

Rare Aether Tool Acquisition
1500 XP

Both rewards are exciting and can be the biggest reasons for completing the mission. Rare Aether Tool is a vital part of your Aether item collection. Players can use it with other Aether items to make a strong weapon. About the XP, everyone knows the use of XP in COD games. If you get stuck somewhere and want a large amount of XP to level up or unlock new perks and equipment, this second reward is enough to help you.
