How to Complete All Act 1, Tier 1 Missions in MW3 Zombies

Missions are an inseparable part of the Modern Warfare 3 Zombies journey, especially, if you want to experience the core story. The Zombies mode has brought three acts of story missions, divided into different tiers. Each tier has a few missions that players need to complete. However, there’s only one condition to do this and that is to complete these missions sequentially. So, if you are curious about how to complete the Act 1, Tier 1 missions, this guide will help you with all the necessary details about these missions.

Act 1, Tier 1 of the game has 6 missions to complete. These missions are not complicated, but rather straightforward to complete. So, only a few suggestions will help you reach your goal. We have already mentioned that the MW3 Zombies missions must be completed sequentially, so, we will list them as they are given in the mission list.

Direct Line

Direct Line is the first mission you need to complete and this one requires you to complete three simple tasks:

Ping a Contract on the Tac Map.
Complete a Contract.
Exfil.

Contracts are scattered throughout the map. As the mission doesn’t mention any specific contract, players can complete any contract they want. Stick to the low-threat zone and mark any contract nearby. The Deliver Cargo missions will also work. Travel to the location, accept the contract, and complete it. Once the contract is done, mark the nearest exfil zone and hop into the helicopter to leave the session. Once you complete the mission, you will get 1500 XP and Jugger-Nog Can Acquisition. This mission doesn’t require any companion or Pack-A-Punch weapon. However, this mission will be challenging if you try to complete it in the orange or red zone.

Treasure Hunter

The next Act 1, Tier 1 mission is Treasure Hunter where players need to loot 25 Loot Caches. Loot Caches are randomly found inside the buildings on the map. So, once you are ready, jump into the mission, land on the map, and immediately start looting the nearby houses. These houses have random boxes and bags that you can loot to get items. Start looting these boxes and bags to increase the count. As soon as it reaches 25, the mission will be done. Go to the nearest exfil point and leave the session. Completing this mission will reward players with an Instant Insanity Sticker and 1500 XP.

Road Rage

The third mission of Act 1, Tier 1 is Road Rage. This mission is a bit problematic because of its second objective. We will discuss all but before that, let’s check the objectives of the mission:

Kill 30 Zombies by running them over with a vehicle.
Repair 1 vehicle tire.

The first objective is one of the easiest ones to do. As soon as you start the mission and spawn on the map, find yourself a vehicle. It is better if the vehicle is a four-wheeler because you have to kill zombies with it. The next part is easy. Get into the car and start roaming around. Zombies will automatically come your way and you can run them over with the car. As you drive you will see zombies coming out of the roads. Hit them with the car and you will see the count going up. As soon as it reaches 30, you are done with the first objective. However, we recommend not to go to the higher-threat zones. Though it will take time, still it is always better to stick to the low-threat zone.

The next objective may seem a bit confusing. Well, that’s easy if you know what to do. Once the first objective is done, go to a safe place with the weapon. Get out of it and shoot a tire. As the tire gets damaged, interact with it and repair it. Once you repair the tire, the mission will be done and players will receive Stamin-Up Can Acquisition and 1500 XP as rewards.

Wall Power

The objectives of the Wall Power mission are unique. This mission requires you to complete two interesting objectives:

Purchase a weapon from a Wall Buy.
Kill 50 Zombies with a Wall Buy weapon.

Now, if you are unaware of the map, you will be confused about what is a Wall Buy. Wall Buy is an option to purchase weapons. These are marked with a black pistol icon. So, once you select the mission and jump into it, the first thing you need to do is to open the tac map and look for the black pistol icon.

Once you located it, hover your cursor over it and it will show you the Wallbuy Weapon option. Mark one that is close to your location and safe to travel. Reach the location, interact with it and you have to purchase the weapon.

Now that you have a weapon, the next objective is nothing difficult to complete. Equip the purchased weapon and mark the nearby exfil zone. As soon as you call the helicopter, hordes of zombies will spawn. Start eliminating them and your kill count will increase. When it reaches 50, the mission will be done and you will receive a Get Smoked Emblem and 1500 XP.

Firepower

The second last mission of the tier is Firepower. The objectives of this mission include:

Pack-A-Punch a weapon to Level I.
Kill 50 Zombies with a Level I Pack-A-Punched weapon.

These two objectives are not complicated but require some grinding. Once you start the mission, you must grind a little to gather 5000 Essence to Pack-A-Punch your weapon to level 1. Once you gather enough Essence, locate a Pack-A-Punch machine in the low-threat zone. Trave there to Pack-A-Punch your weapon.

Once the first objective is done, equip the weapon and travel to an exfil zone. Call the helicopter and as soon as the zombies start attacking you, start shooting at them. Eventually, you will reach 50 and the mission will be done, giving you an Uncommon Aether Tool Acquisition and 1500 XP as rewards.

Take Up Arms

This is the last mission of the tier which has the following objectives to complete:

Purchase a primary weapon from a Mystery Box.
Kill 50 Zombies with a Mystery Box weapon.

Once you decide to complete this mission, the first thing you must understand is that the Take Up Arms mission requires some prior grinding to collect 950 Essence. This is the minimum amount to purchase a random weapon from Mystery Box. Once you have enough Essence, open the tac-map and find the icon of Mystery Box. Mark it and travel to the location to purchase your primary weapon.

Now that you have the weapon, you can roam around the map to kill the zombies to reach 50 kills or go to an exfil zone and call the helicopter to force waves of zombies to spawn. This will help you get the required number of kills easily. Once the mission is done, players will get Cryo Freeze Ammo Mod Acquisition and 1500 XP.
