Helldivers 2 New Feature Fixes the Server Issues (sort of)
Bugs and errors are part of video games. No matter how much effort the developers put into developing the game, there must be a few errors that will bother players in the initial days after release. Some games show more bugs, while some show only a few, but no game is completely free of them. That’s the exact case with Arrowhead Game Studios’ latest game Helldivers 2. It is a recent and thrilling addition to the shooting game genre, but since the game was released, it has been showing different bugs and errors.
From the beginning, the server issues are the main problems that players have been going through in the game. But the latest patch note has fixed several annoying issues of Helldivers 2.
Helldivers 2 Patch 1.000.11 Seems To Be the Solution to All Player Distresses
For the past couple of weeks, players have been going through different issues while trying to play Helldivers 2. From matchmaking problems to an inaccessible game, multiple troublesome issues disturb the gameplay experience of them. However, the developers are not sitting still, and the latest fixes prove this part properly.
The latest 1.000.11 fix that was released a few hours ago brought solutions to several server issues. It fixed:
- Multiple crashes that used to be triggered when joining other players’ ships.
- An issue where online missions in the Galactic War Map were unselectable.
- An issue with GameGuard and Steam’s “verify integrity” step.
- An issue with GameGuard and the Windows firewall.
- An issue preventing access to the Ship Management panel.
- A crash that triggered when exiting ADS.
- A crash that generally triggered when players leave a session while bombardments are active.
- An issue causing players to get stuck in the defrosting or in the ship intro cinematic
- A crash that used to trigger when the process of buying Super Credits fails.
- A crash which triggered after consecutive quickplay attempts.
- Added functionality that will kick AFK players who remain idle for 15 minutes back to the title screen.
Almost all of these are equally important fixes that players have been asking for. However, among them, kicking AFK players is the most important one. Having AFK players for a long time, is not fair for the players who have been waiting to join the server. Kicking them will allow other players to join the game server and reduce the queue.

However, there are still a few issues that should be solved in Helldivers 2.
Issues That Are Still Preventing Players to Play Helldivers 2
The latest patch has introduced the most wanted AFK kick out feature and fixed multiple other crash issues, but still a few of them remain. One of the important among them is the error code 10003001 that PlayStation players have been getting when they are trying to launch the game. Even the developers are aware of it and stated that this will be solved in the next patch with several other issues like players getting disconnected during play, or the rewards and achievements being delayed, etc.
Helldivers 2 is a thrilling shooter game, but the bugs and errors are making things twist for the game and players. Despite, players not unhappy with the gameplay, the game is receiving mixed reviews from them because of these crashes and other server problems.
