The moment has finally come that players have been waiting for a long time.  Since the DLC was announced, players have been excited about the content and started assuming all the possible storylines. However, finally, after a long wait, the official X page of Elden Ring has shared the update that the first official trailer of the game is coming within a few hours.

This most anticipated trailer will be revealed on the official YouTube channels of Bandai Namco and FromSoftware at 10 a.m. EST/7 a.m. PST/4 p.m. CET on February 21, 2024. Along with that, they have announced that the trailer will be 3 minutes long and will have subtitles that players need to adjust based on their language.

In the comment section, fans have expressed their excitement through different comments and stickers. After all the wait was long enough. In February 2023, the developers announced that a DLC was in progress, but after that, they never really shared any update about the release date or content. After a year, finally, the trailer of the DLC is coming.

Now that the trailer is coming, this basically indicates that the development process is almost done. Though there’s not much news of the DLC, it seems to tell the story of Miquella of the Haligtree, Malenia’s twin. However, it’s not certain.

When Will Shadow of the Erdtree Release?

While players have been trying to assume the approximate release date of the DLC in a new way, a renowned leaker @billbil_kun has shared some exciting news on his latest X post, where he revealed that the DLC may drop on June 21, 2024. Of course, he mentioned that he is not sure about the exact date and he is only predicting.

The leaker is predicting the date as on this date several special editions of the game will drop on different platforms. So, he is hopeful that maybe the DLC will also come on the same day.

As we now know, this leaker was bang on the money after the extended gameplay trailer dropped and revealed June 21st as the release date, along with a couple of special editions for hardcore fans of the game!
