Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster is all set to bring Capcom’s quirky adventure to the current generation of gamers.

Players eager to return to the story of photojournalist Frank West, whose ambition drives him to explore the mysterious zombie outbreak at the Willamette Parkview Mall, will find that the current-gen remaster of Dead Rising is more than just a graphical overhaul of the game with many new features, such as autosaving and the ability to pass time at checkpoints.

Quality of life changes aside, Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster’s new additions include new skins for West to equip while dealing with the zombie threat, one of which could be a perfect fit for the fight against one of the game’s most memorable bosses.

Beating Adam the Clown at His Own Game

Adam the Clown brings a lot of firepower and varied attacks to his boss encounter.

The new costume in question is a clown outfit for West that is inspired by Adam MacIntyre, a clown performer at the Mall who is driven mad by the events that took place before West’s arrival. Taking on West with his dual chainsaws, Adam is among the game’s tougher enemies with his speed, agility, fire attacks, and gas traps that can be quite hard to deal with.

The new costume, showcased in the announcement video below, is a great addition to the remaster’s new visuals and is sure to get many players excited about the fight against Adam.

Players will have to be wary of the boss’ varied attacks, though, as Adam the Clown has a lot of tricks in his arsenal.

The encounter against him is also a great opportunity for an excellent Photo Op if players are quick enough to snap him juggling his chainsaws.

Fans of Capcom’s title will not have to wait too long to dive back into West’s adventure as Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster is slated to release in September this year. For players who may have missed out on it the first time around, the remaster is sure to be an experience that stays with them long after they have completed one of its many endings.
