Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile’s First Issue is a Big One
One of the most anticipated games of 2024, Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile is finally announced to be released within a few weeks. The official announcement says it will launch on March 21, 2024. Since Warzone Mobile was announced, fans have been eagerly waiting for the game, but when it is finally releasing, things got a new twist. The game has before gone through several testing sessions, but when it comes to the official release time, players are getting frustrated as the game has a severe problem, at least the recent news reveals the fact.
Since Warzone’s launch in 2019, players have been expecting the mobile version, but again COD community got some bad news just before their wait is about to end.
Just After The Official Announcement, Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile Receives Some Bad News
Call of Duty is one of the biggest battle-royale franchises with millions of players playing it regularly. On the PC and Consoles, this game not only comes with a hefty price, but also with huge space, but players expected that developers will modify this aspect and adjust it according to mobile devices. However, a recent update shows that in mobile also the game will take up to 8GB to run properly.
Initially, the developers assured players that even if the specs of some mobile devices don’t fit the requirements of the game, they will optimize the game for a wider range of users in the future. However, the scenario changed as soon as the space requirement was revealed. While the base game will take almost 8 GB, it will increase eventually as players start playing the game and new updates come. So, the game will occupy a significant amount of space within a few years.
Recently, a fan posted about this issue on X and talked about the storage problem. In the comment section, players were divided into teams. While one team supports him and expresses that they can’t play COD Mobile and COD Warzone Mobile on a single device; the other team expresses that Call of Duty Mobile takes 20 GB including Battle Pass and other stuff. Therefore, it’s totally justified for Warzone Mobile to have 8 GB.
