How to Defeat Raven in Stellar Blade
Raven is a real challenge in Stellar Blade with devastating abilities. Reduce your struggle with some necessary tips for the fight.
Eve’s journey is full of challenges. Whether she is solving puzzles or fighting enemies, nothing is easy for her. Basically, in Stellar Blade, Shift Up tests the fighting skills of players after certain intervals through boss fights. These tests sometimes become too challenging to pass. The more Eve progresses through the story, the more she will encounter difficult world bosses, and Raven is unfortunately one of the most challenging bosses to deal with.
Being one of the final bosses of the game, Raven possesses some of the deadliest moves to take Eve down almost instantly. Therefore, if you have tried a few times and failed to beat her, don’t be upset. A solid strategy is the key to fighting this boss, and we have prepared this guide to help you understand every detail you need to know about this fight, including the location of the fight.
Stellar Blade’s Raven Location – Where to Find the Boss?
Before fighting a boss, gathering some basic information about the enemy is always wise, so you understand the fight and plan strategies accordingly. Raven is one of the game’s final bosses, whom players will fight after the Unidentified Naytiba and before Adam, Elder Naytiba. From this, it’s already clear that this boss appears in the later part of the game when Eve has already unlocked most of her powerful abilities.
After you have defeated the Unidentified Naytiba and completed the Burning Xion mission, it is time to make your way to the next section of the map, Wasteland, and start one of the final missions of the game: Last Fragment main story mission. As Eve starts progressing through the mission, this enemy is sure to appear, as she is a major boss and this fight can’t be skipped.

Fighting Raven requires expertise. She is not some random boss to deal with. So, before the fight, rest at the nearest Supply Camp, to replenish Eve’s health. Invest some time in unlocking and upgrading Eve’s top powers and abilities. Stock up on some health potions and grenades to get prepared for the challenges the boss is going to initiate. We recommend equipping the Reflex-Type Exospine to improve Eve’s reflexes and make the fight a bit smoother.
How to Defeat Raven in Stellar Blade
Raven is an incredibly fast enemy with two phases to beat her. She neither has a gigantic size nor a scary appearance. Instead, this is just like a regular girl like Eve, but her attacks are deadly. While she doesn’t take massive damage, she does tons of damage to Eve. So, the initial strategy for this fight is to focus on your defense and survive her attacks. Along with that, watch out for her moves and learn the attacks she launches. The boss has a wide range of attacks in her possession.
First, let’s understand her attacks. The initial attack that the boss is going to use the most during the fight is the Rotating Slash attack. In this attack, the boss rotates with her sword and launches a slash attack. This attack can easily be parried. The next attack that Eve should watch out for is the Round-Up attack, in which the boss jumps and turns towards her left side, launching a slash attack to deal damage. Again, be careful of this attack and parry it.
The next attack the boss initiates is a deadly combo where she first comes for a dash attack, followed by four consecutive slash attacks. Eve needs to parry all these attacks to avoid damage. Another deadly combo is her 3 Consecutive Counterattacks. If Eve attacks Raven while she is raising her sword, the boss launches three counter-slashes. Parry all three slashes. Otherwise, Eve will lose a chunk of her health.
The next attack of Raven that players need to watch out for is the 3 Rotating Slashes. Another attack where the boss will counter Eve after an attack. As soon as Eve’s attack is done, the boss will launch three back-to-back slash attacks while rotating in the air. Though the first two slashes can be parried, the third one is unblockable.
One of the tricky attacks of Raven is her Teleport Attack. This boss has a teleport ability, which will be cleared during the cutscene before the game, and the enemy will often use this ability to disappear from her place and appear in front of Eve with a deadly slash. This is her primary way to close distances in the blink of an eye. She even uses this teleport ability to launch a combo attack where she teleports to Eve and instantly launches three rotating slashes.
Apart from these, the boss also has Three Blade Waves attacks, where she uses her sword to launch laser waves toward Eve. Sometimes even the boss launches a Blink attack combo. In this attack, not only does the boss have the blue indication, but Eve also has the same. Launch the Blink attack instantly to prevent the boss’s attacks.

As soon as the boss comes to 60% health, the second phase of the fight begins. With the above-mentioned attacks, in this phase, two more attacks will join the boss’s inventory. First, the 5 Rotating Slashes. In this attack, the boss will teleport to Eve and launch five consecutive slashes. Well, these can be parried to prevent getting damaged.
The next one is the AoE attack with a Diving Slash. In this attack, a blue circle will appear, marking the area of the attack, and in a few seconds, the laser beams will land. As soon as these beams disappear, the boss jumps toward Eve and launches a slash. The first attack can’t be parried. So, as soon as the blue circle appears, make sure you run away from it. The final slash can be parried.
Now that we have discussed all her attacks, one thing you must have understood is that dodge and parry are the two most valuable skills to use in this fight. Timing is the key to Perfect Dodge or Perfect Parry. Dodge or parry these attacks just before they land. Don’t try to use guns as the boss will easily dodge the gunshots. Guns are useless in sword fights.
The boss is aggressive and will use the teleport ability often. So, keep your distance from the boss. It’s better not to get too close to her. Parrying her attacks successfully will open up the opportunity to land some critical hits. Aside from that, whenever your sword glows blue, don’t hesitate to use Blink attacks. Stunning the boss for a few seconds will help Eve deal a significant amount of damage to her.
Finally, use Beta and Burst abilities. Once the boss comes within 30% of her health, she starts laughing before launching her combo attack. As soon as she starts laughing, use the burst ability to prevent the combo and drain a chunk of the health of the boss. Sometimes using Shock Grenades will also give great outputs.
