The rest is a history that once again was created. Anyway, at that point, the team made a mistake in the map that was introduced for a short period. It looks like this time, Epic Games is on a mission to rectify what it shouldn’t have done.
Fortnite Has a Great Surprise for Fans With the Upcoming OG Chapter
Just a few days ago, Fortnitemares 2024 ended and the Fortnite Remix Chapter 2 started. At this point, when the excitement is at its peak to explore the return of this OG chapter, leaks arrive, revealing that Epic Games has more grand plans incoming.
Though in December 2023, players got a lot of things from Chapter 1, they wanted the original map, and it seems like this year, the wish is going to be fulfilled.
According to the latest leaks, Fortnite Chapter 1 will reappear in December 2024, and not only that, it will bring all ten seasons on a monthly basis. It will have the OG loot pool and Build and Zero Build modes as well.
The reason behind this news getting too much hype is that Shiina and Hypex, the two most authentic leakers, have confirmed it. Previously, their prediction about the starting date of OG Chapter 2 also came true. These two leakers expressed that they received the tip from an anonymous source.
Therefore, despite not having any official update on this, the possibility of this leak being true is high.
The twist comes when gamers start reacting in a completely unexpected way after getting this news.
Fortnite Players Show a Different Side Since They Learn About the Leak
Bringing a ten-season chapter back means that Chapter 1 will run almost through the entire 2025. Even though the wish to get the OG map again was there, when the leak surfaced, players are now worried whether the upcoming seasons will be hampered because of this.
The responses are not at all positive. On X (formerly Twitter), players requested Epic Games to let the past be in the past.
Some of them have opined that with this strategy of bringing an OG season every month, the developer team is only ruining the game.
Even some players have wished for this leak to be false; otherwise, according to most of them, Chapter 6 will suffer.
Well, of course, some hardcore veterans are happy to get what marks the beginning of Fortnite‘s journey back. Still, the amount of dissatisfaction is significantly high.
