How to Complete Shocked, Act 2 Tier 2 Mission in Modern Warfare 3 Zombies

If you have been trying to level up your operator and weapons in the zombie and mercenary-filled world of Urzikstan, missions are the best activities to accomplish your target. The more you progress and complete missions, the more you will acquire valuable rewards, including XP. But these missions are not straightforward ones to complete. Instead, players must have prior preparation to dive into these missions. So, if you are trying to figure out how to complete the Shocked mission in Act 2, Tier 2, this guide will help you with a complete walkthrough.

Before everything else, we must understand the mission objectives. So, first, check what the Shocked mission requires you to do.

If you are progressing through the missions and have already reached Act 2 Tier 2, you must have encountered the Shocked mission. The objectives of this mission are boring and apparently seem the simplest ones to complete, but the fact is different. Before talking more about them, check out the objectives of the mission:

The mission list of MW3 Zombies has multiple missions of the same kind, but none of them are as difficult as this one. These tasks are easily understandable, but when you try to complete them, they will give you a hard time.

How to Find Dead Wire Ammo Mod and Complete the Mission in MW3 Zombies?

The mission objectives have made it clear that Dead Wire Ammo Mod is the most vital part of this mission. Now the question is how to get the Dead Wire Ammo Mod. Dead Wire ammo mod can be found as contract rewards, but the simplest way to get it is to clear Infested Stronghold and Aether Nests. These are the best sources to get ammo mods, including the one you are looking for. Once you clear the Infested Strongholds or Aether Nests, you will get crates inside the buildings that contain random ammo mods. So, the process of getting the Dead Wire Ammo Mod is purely based on luck.

If you are lucky, you may get one from the first Infested Stronghold you clear, but if your luck doesn’t favor you, you must have cleared several before finding one. Make sure to use gas masks when clearing these areas.

Once you have the ammo mod, you can now, start with your mission objectives. Here we suggest you to take a weapon with a high firing capacity but low damage. It’s because you need to stun the zombies and don’t need to kill them. It will be specifically helpful when you will stun Special Zombies. Another important thing is that the ammo mod works randomly. It’s not that every time you shoot a zombie, it will get stunned. So, you have to fire on a group of zombies to stun one or two of them at a time. Next, you have to wait and kill zombies until the ammo mod recharges. This feature of the ammo mod makes this mission a lot more challenging and time-consuming.

To complete the first objective that requires you to stun 25 zombies, it will be best if you choose an Exfil point. These locations spawn hordes of zombies. So, mark any exfil zone in a low-threat area and travel to the point. As soon as you call for the chopper, zombies will start attacking you from every side. Start firing randomly at them with the weapon that has Dead Wire ammo mod equipped. Most of them will get killed, only a few will get stunned, contributing towards your mission progress. This may not help you reach your aimed number on the first attempt. So, you can select another exfil point and repeat the same process. Alternatively, you can try completing this objective in Aether Nests or Mercenary Strongholds. Escort Missions are another great option to get waves of zombies to complete the objective.

For the next objective, you must consider choosing Aether Nests or Infested Strongholds where you can find Special Zombies. If you choose one on the low-threat zones, you will mostly get Mimic. Now, if you shoot a Mimic, it may get killed instead of getting stunned. So, we recommend going to the high-threat zone, where the density of Special Zombies is high.

Before that Pack-A-Punch your weapon to level 2. Once the upgrade process is done, find an Infested Stronghold in the red zone and start clearing it. The red zones mostly spawn Manglar or Disciples. Start stunning them. In the high-risk zone, you can even find Disciples randomly roaming around. If you encounter one, you can stun him as well to complete your mission. Remember, you can stun a single Special Zombie multiple times to complete your objective.

Once you have completed the mission, you will receive exciting rewards.

Shocked Mission Reward in MW3 Zombies

If you are playing Modern Warfare 3 Zombies, you must know that these missions give players exciting rewards. While XP is almost a mandatory one, it is accompanied by Weapon Charms, Ammo Mods, Free Perks, etc., several other in-game items.
