7 Pals You’ll Want to Catch Early On in Palworld
Pals are cute and active creatures in Palworld who play a key role in your survival journey. If you have missed your chance to experience the Nintendo-exclusive Pokémon series games, Palworld presents a similar opportunity to you, with a little twist. In Palworld, players will get the chance to fill their Paldeck with numerous Pals, but not are available early in the game. Also, the Pals that you can get early in the game are not worth capturing. So, if you have jumped into the game and haven’t yet realized the best Pals that you should aim for during the early stages of the game, we have a list prepared to guide you through this.
If you’re confused about the best Pals to collect in the early stages of the game, check the below list:
7. Warsect
Among the best Pals you can catch earlier in Palworld, Warsect must be one. Warsect is a Grass-Ground type Pal with a stone build. The best part of this Pal’s build is its HP which is more than 400. With huge HP and strong Grass and Ground attack abilities, this can be your potent early-game companion. This Pal can be found any time of the day.
Go to the northwest part of the map and you will find No. 2 Wildlife Sanctuary. Warsects can be found there at any time. If you add it to your base, it can do multiple works including Plating, Lumbering, and Transporting. So, this can easily be one of your best choices in Palworld.
6. Vixy
Another early game Pal that you shouldn’t miss is Vixy. Vixy is a Neutral Pal that you can find earlier in the game after you reach level 5. Vixy can be a great companion, but more than that it can be a great worker at your base. If you add a Vixy to your base, it will help you have Gold Coins, Arrows, and even Pal Spheres.
However, Vixy can be found at a specific location and that’s the west of the Tower of Rayne Syndicate. When you start your Palworld journey, most probably your spawn area will be the Plateau of Beginnings. This location where you can get Vixy is located northwest side of the Plateau.
5. Eikthyrdeer
The next early game Pal that players shouldn’t miss is the Eikthyrdeer. Like Vixy, this one is a Neutral Pal, but Eikthyrdeer is an aggressive Pal who can be your great companion during fights at the beginning stages. Also, players can ride this Pal to travel faster. So, it shouldn’t be missed.
If you are looking for Eikthyrdeer, you can find them at any time, but in a specific location. To encounter one, you must visit the Sea Breeze Archipelago. This is located in the southwest of Verdant Brook and Sealed Realm of the Stalwart.
4. Dinossom
Coming to the fourth best Pal that you shouldn’t miss in the Early game, is Dinossom. This is probably the cutest dinosaur you have ever seen. Being a Grass/Dragon type Pal, this creature comes with unique abilities like Wind Cutter, Botanical Smash, Dragon Blast, etc. If you add it to your base, it will give your Planting and Lumbering process a significant boost.
SUGGESTED: How to Summon Pals in Palworld
If you have been looking for the Pal, you can find it at any time of the day and a few locations. You can find it at your spawn location: Plateau of Beginning. Apart from this, Ice Wind Island, Small Cove, Desolate Church, and Eastern Wild Island have Dinnosum.
3. Lamball
This cute and fluffy lamb is sure to attract your attention in Palworld. Once you start your journey, this Neutral Pal can be your earliest companion. Lamball comes with several powerful skills that players will find effective in the initial stages of the game. Air Cannon, Electric Ball, Power Shot, etc., are the best skills you can expect to have in the early game. Also, if you add it to your base, it will help you with handiwork, Watering, and Farming works.
Lamballs can be randomly found in the starting region of the game: Plateau of the Beginnings. so, you don’t need to search for them. Once you have a Pal Sphere, you are ready to have a Lamball.
2. Foxparks
Foxparks is a cute fox Pal that can be your primary source of heat or fire in the game. Being a Fire-type Pal, it comes with some strong fire attacks including Spirit Fire, Flare Arrow, and Ignis Blast that players will find beneficial in the early stages. Also, adding it to the base will help you give your following works a boost: Kindling.
SUGGESTED: How to Make a Base (& How to Move It) in Palworld
If you want to get a Foxparks, you must make your way to the Expedition Survivor at the Campsite and avoid the level 35 Mammorest that wanders the area. You will find a river as you progress and the Pal can be found next to the river.
1. Daedream
One of the best early-game companions you can have in Palworld is the Daedream. Being a Dark-type Pal, it can be your best early-game fighting companion as it has multiple aggressive attacks, including, Poison Blast, Dark Ball, Shadow Burst, Spirit Flame, etc. If you add it to your base, it can help you with Handiwork, Gathering, and Watering.
If you are looking for the Pal, let me tell you, it can easily be found in the Plateau of Beginnings, the default spawn area of the players. However, one thing you should know is that Daedream can be found at night only.
