5 Tips and Tricks to Make You a Ghost of Tsushima Legends Expert
Want to be a pro Ghost of Tsushima: Legends player? Let's check out some essential tips.
Multiplayer games often attract more attention from players because most players love experiencing games with their own squad. If you have experienced the base game of Ghost of Tsushima, it’s time, you can try the multiplayer Legends mode of the game with your friends and explore the brutal in-game world together with them. In this mode, players can team up with three more players (maximum) to enjoy the gameplay, but some tips should be kept in mind before starting the journey.
Ghost of Tsushima: Legends presents players with new adventures, challenges, and enemies where they will get plenty of chances to showcase their skills. No matter how many teammates you have brought with you to make the journey smoother, you still can’t tackle the in-game situations without some prior tips. Below, we have listed the top five tips that players should remember before starting their Ghost of Tsushima: Legends journey.
5. Choose the Most Suitable Class
To become an expert, the first thing, players should take care of is the class they are selecting for their journey. The game provides them with four options to choose from: Samurai, Assassin, Ronin, and Hunter. The selection is completely dependent on players’ preferences. However, all four classes have their own unique abilities, weapons, gear, etc. available.

Assassin is the most heavy-damage class among these four, but still, it is better to go with Samurai or Hunter. While Samurai is the best all-rounder class, Hunter is the sniper class that can deal stealth damage from a distance. Ronin is also a great class with the ability to summon a spirit animal, and this animal can take care of both offense and defense.
4. Learn Crowd Control
Fighting world bosses is challenging, but another challenging thing is dealing with the hordes of enemies that attack at the same time. Players often ignore them, but that’s not recommended because these groups deal tons of damage. In Legends mode, when you have three more teammates to deal with these hordes, use the crowd control skills of your respective classes to tackle these enemies.
Each class has an Ultimate ability that they can use after the Resolve meter is full. For example, Samurai can bounce between multiple enemies; Assassins can teleport to the other side of the battle arena to land critical attacks; Ronin can topple multiple enemies in a few heartbeats; and finally, Hunter can launch multiple arrows simultaneously to deal with several enemies together.
3. Complete Side Missions
Side objectives are an integral part of Ghost of Tsushima: Legends and all four game modes feature these side activities. These are indeed optional quests that players can easily skip to make their journey shorter, but that won’t help you become a pro player. These side activities are the primary sources for acquiring bonuses and loot.
These activities are not complicated. They often ask players to hunt Oni, find lost scrolls, or survive Gyozen’s curse. Well, the Survival mode features some tricky tasks like acquiring a given number of air assassinations or headshot kills within a time limit, etc. Completing these activities rewards players with some valuable items and equipment to use in the main story to survive until the end.
So, it is not at all a wise decision to skip the side missions to make the journey short.
2. Stay Mobile During Fight & Focus on Healing
Combat is an inevitable feature of the game. From the beginning of the mode, players will face enemies who pose threats to you and your team. Clearing them out is the only way to progress. However, during the fight, don’t always make offense the primary strategy to win it. Instead, players need to focus on their defense to survive the fights.

During combat, don’t stay at a location. Staying at a location makes you an easier target for enemies. So keep moving and distract the enemies with attacks. Along with that, summon the spirit animal of the Ronin to accompany your team during fights. It not only fights for the Ronin but also heals all the teammates.
1. Use Technique Points Wisely
Like in other games, players will unlock techniques for their respective classes as they progress through the game. The more you and your teammates progress through the game and increase your Legend Rank, you will get Technique Points to unlock new techniques. However, not all the techniques are worth spending on these points. Therefore, we recommend not spending these points randomly on any perk or ability.
The more your team progresses further, the more you require the points desperately. So, stock these points for future use so you can unlock the best techniques in the latter part of the game.
That’s more or less everything players need to understand to be an expert player in Ghost of Tsushima: Legends.
